blackBIKE offers you a unique indoor cycling workout in a cool, club-like atmosphere. The classes are 45-minute high-intensity sessions which will take place on purpose designed BIKE’s from the US. Our rides are full-body workouts that incorporate hand weights and push ups on the handle bar to make your upper body burn, whilst cycling to the beat of the music. Really not a single body part is left out. Our trained motivators will guide and push you through your sweat dripping class. It’s dark, loud, sweaty and full of energy.
